Monthly posting revenue
Use the revenue your board collects from paid opportunities in a month. No posts means no platform fee.
It works like tax brackets.
Only the dollars inside each bracket are charged at that rate. Crossing $5,000 does not make the first $5,000 more expensive, and Pro does not change the revenue-share math.
Paid straight through Stripe, after Oru's platform fee. Stripe processing fees still apply.

Pricing FAQ
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No! You can create job boards and start accepting payments completely free. You'll only need payment details if you choose to upgrade to Pro.
- How does the Pro trial work?
- Start a 30-day free trial of Pro with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you can upgrade to keep Pro features or continue with the free tier.
- Can I cancel Pro anytime?
- Yes, cancel anytime with no penalties. You'll keep Pro features until the end of your billing period, then gracefully downgrade to the free tier.
- Does Pro affect my revenue share rate?
- No. Pro subscription and revenue share are completely independent. Pro is about features (white-label, unlimited team members, advanced analytics). Revenue share is purely based on your monthly earnings.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We use Stripe for all payments. Your job posters can pay with credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay. For Pro subscriptions, we accept all major credit cards.
- Is there a volume discount for multiple boards?
- Not currently, but we're considering an "Organization Pro" tier for operators with multiple boards. Reach out if you're interested!
